DocConverter (hereinafter "we", "our" or "the Service") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect your personal information when you use our document conversion service.
This policy applies to all users of the Service, whether registered or not.

4. Your files and their privacy
Automatic deletion:
Files you submit for conversion are automatically deleted from our servers within 10 minutes of conversion. We retain no copy of your documents.
- Your files are never analysed for their content for commercial purposes
- Your files are never shared with third parties
- Processing is carried out locally on our secure servers
- Temporary files created during conversion are also deleted

6. Sharing your data
We never sell your personal data. We may share certain data with third parties in the following cases:
- Payment providers: Stripe, PayPal — to process your transactions
- Hosting: Our servers hosting the Service
- Legal obligation: If required by law or a competent authority
All our providers are contractually bound to protect your data and not to use it for any other purpose.
7. Security of your data
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data:
- SSL/TLS encryption for all communications
- Passwords hashed with bcrypt
- Data access restricted to authorised personnel
- Automatic deletion of temporary files
- Continuous monitoring of abnormal access
In the event of a data breach likely to affect your rights, we will notify you within 72 hours in accordance with GDPR.
